I was shocked that most people are ok with watching business video’s between 3 to 5 minutes. With Youtube video’s I try to make mine between 1 to 2 minutes as that is the usual attention span.

Interesting seeing an increasing trend towards watching videos on business related web site vs on youtube.

@Ryan I was surprised as well. Hopefully that means that they are looking for significant content. That might be why only 3% of execs want to watch videos with less than a minute.

I personally don’t like in-streaming videos. I prefer to choose to click play. I often need to either turn sound on and/or plug in a headset. I wouldn’t want to distract my coworkers with a random video I didn’t expect. I fit into the minority of the Under 40 demographic.

Great infographic – we borrowed it for our blog too – great factoids we were pulling already, but a picture tells a story so much better. Speaking of pictures – any chance your graphic designers could do a version of the above designed for powerpoint? (Maybe chop it into three graphics)

I’d love to use this info, graphically in presentations.

    Thanks,

    Aaron

We do video email and this is a great information that I need to help my clients. I have one client that is from Thiland and he is using our platform and with some creative testimonials from his clients and a video about his product – he is getting a 15% open rate.. Amazing
