Webinars
Most post-webinar processes end with a single follow-up email blasted to everyone who registered. But your webinar collected far richer signals than that—who showed up, how long they stayed, what they clicked, and what they asked. In our recent session with HubSpot, we walked through how to turn that engagement data into pipeline, and the audience clearly felt the pull: people watched 79% of the session on average, more than three times the benchmark for video this length.
Marketers spend enormous effort piecing together buyer intent from scattered sources. Meanwhile, a webinar quietly captures exactly what people watched and how engaged they were. The catch is that the data often lives in one system while your CRM lives in another. When you connect Wistia and HubSpot, that engagement data flows straight into the contact record, so you can see—person by person—who leaned in and who dropped off.
Once engagement data is in HubSpot, watch time becomes a scoring signal. Someone who watched 80% of your webinar is a very different lead than someone who left after 10 minutes. Score contacts on watch time, trigger a real-time alert to sales when a score crosses your threshold, and branch your follow-up based on how people answered your live polls. The result is outreach that feels timely and personal instead of automated.
Not everyone will watch the full recording—but they'll watch a two-minute highlight, open a recap email, or click an embedded clip. With Remix, Wistia's agentic video editor, one webinar becomes a recap, a set of social clips, and on-demand content in minutes. That's how a single live event keeps generating plays and pipeline for months after it ends.
