How will I be billed?
At the end of every month, we’ll automatically bill you with the $25 platform fee plus your storage and bandwidth usage for that month, as well as any add-on features you use. The tier you’ll be charged for is based on usage up to the amount listed in that tier.
Will I still be charged if I don't upload or remove any content in a given month?
Yes. You’ll be billed the monthly $25 platform fee as well as the same storage fee for content in your account. Your bandwidth fee will vary based on viewership for that month.
For add-on features like translation and dubbing, will I be charged each month or one-time?
For add-on features, you're only charged for your initial order. For example - if you order a translation of your video this month, you would only be charged based on the number of languages and length of the video ($2/min per language). After the initial charge, you will not incur any additional costs for that translation.
Can I access support with this plan?
While you won’t have access to an account manager, you’ll be able to use our simple and comprehensive developer documentation. We’ll include a spot in your account where you can report any bugs. For additional support, get in touch with a Wistia expert to learn about our custom plan options. Custom plans include dedicated account managers that work with you one-on-one.
What happens if I need more than 2,500GB or storage and/or 5TB of bandwidth?
