Margot Mazur, Partnership Coordinator at Wistia, works with integration partners all the time. Integration is a way to use multiple tools together, allowing you to feed data between two different products helping create a new workflow. Here are some of Wistia’s integrations that link your video creation tools and e-commerce tools to your video hosting platform, create smart email campaigns, and help out your sales team.

First up are email collection tools. When you have trouble getting leads or your videos aren’t as engaging as you’d like, use Wistia’s Turnstile feature. Turnstile is a lead-collecting form you can place on top of your videos at any time. Wistia found the best place to put turnstiles is about 20% into your video because if people know they’re already getting value from your content, they’re going to continue watching.

Another integration is Wistia Add-Ons built by other companies to help your workflow. GoAnimate and Animoto are two examples of Add-Ons that allow you to push creations you make with these tools to Wistia. You’ll see through Wistia’s analytics how people respond to your animations relative to other content.

If you struggle with engagement, using interactive elements will help you learn more about viewers and enhance their experiences. The HapYak integration will customize your Wistia videos with quizzes, surveys, polls, and other interactive features to better qualify leads.

Boost your sales and marketing teams' closing power by connecting them to marketing automation. HubSpot and Marketo will show your team important information, which will help them create a personalized marketing experience for your audience.

Lastly, the Wistia-Zendesk integration decreases your amount of support tickets by using videos in your customer support strategy.
