What can I actually do during the free webinar trial?

What’s included with Wistia’s webinar plans?
Everything you need to run webinars and actually get value from them after the event.
You can host live, on-brand webinars, capture real engagement, and automatically turn every event into on-demand content to edit, clip, gate, and reuse. It’s all in one place, so you’re not stitching together tools or losing time after the event. And with Wistia’s analytics, you can see what’s working and follow up based on real viewer behavior.
What happens to my webinar recordings after the event?
Your webinar is automatically saved to your Wistia library, where you can edit it, create clips, and share it on-demand. Recordings, clips, and any videos you create count toward your storage. The Business plan includes 250 GB to start, and you can add more anytime or pay for what you use beyond that.
What is the Automation Suite?
The Automation Suite connects detailed video and webinar engagement data to your marketing tools, like HubSpot, Adobe Marketo Engage, and Pardot, so you can capture leads, trigger campaigns, and measure impact based on what people actually watched. It’s an add-on for the Business plan, but it’s included with any webinar plan—just connect your integrations to start putting that data to work.
Can my team collaborate on webinars?
Yes! Wistia is built for teams. The Business plan includes 3 seats to start, and you can add more as needed. That makes it easy to bring in teammates to help run webinars, manage content, and follow up after the event.
How many co-presenters can I have in my webinar?
You can invite as many panelists as you need, with up to nine people on stage at a time. Hosts control who’s on stage, manage screen sharing and content, and coordinate everything behind the scenes in a private backstage so your webinar runs smoothly without the usual live-event stress.
What if my webinar or live event exceeds my plan’s per-event limits?
Your plan includes a set event duration and audience size for your webinars. Those limits are there so you have the smoothest event possible, but we won’t cut you off mid-event or stop people from joining if you go over.
If your webinar runs long or draws a bigger audience than expected, you’ll just see additional usage charges based on what you used. Additional attendees are currently $0.20 each, and additional duration is $2.00 per minute, billed on your next invoice.
Can I change my plan or add-ons later?
Yes. Upgrades and add-ons can be applied as your needs grow. They are managed as subscriptions in Billing Settings. For Enterprise plans, some subscription changes may require contacting a customer success manager.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, unless you are on an Enterprise plan or have a signed order form with us. If you cancel, you can cancel at the end of your billing cycle or immediately, but you will not be issued a refund.
