Streamline your webinars from registration to redistribution

With Wistia Live, setting up your webinar, going live, and redistributing your content is a seamless process that happens all in one place. Here’s what you can do:

Set up your webinar in a flash

To get your webinar set up, all you need to provide is a title, date, and approximate duration. You’ll also have the option to require registration, add a more detailed description, and upload some sweet artwork to serve as a thumbnail for your event.

A Wistia-hosted landing page will automatically be created with all these deets, so you can start inviting your audience and collecting new leads immediately.

Choose your layout

When it’s time to go live, you can invite four additional panelists to present with you and choose from four dynamic layout options to keep your audience engaged. The webinar host has full control over what the audience can see, so you can keep things looking polished and professional throughout the entire event.

Engage from backstage

If you have panelists, they’ll be able to hang out backstage. They won’t be seen or heard until the host brings them on stage, so you never have to worry about any awkward disruptions. Panelists can stay in touch with each other behind the scenes in a private backstage chat, or engage with all of your webinar attendees using the audience chat.

Automatically record your webinar

You’ll never have to worry about hitting the record button again, because Wistia does it for you! Wistia automatically records each event and saves the recording in your account as soon as it’s over. The recording will also appear on the event landing page, so anyone with access to that page will be able to watch the webinar on demand.

Easily edit your recording

Want to add a little extra polish to your webinar recording? You can seamlessly edit it right in Wistia. Trim out those awkward getting-ready-to-start moments at the beginning of your events and those lemme-find-the-end-event-button moments at the end.

Enhance the rewatch experience

Once you’ve perfected your webinar recording, you can customize it with calls to action, chapters, and more. You’ll also get to customize the video player to match your brand. Add a Turnstile email collection form and embed the recording on your own branded landing page to keep the leads flowing. Or you can create a Wistia Channel to serve as a curated collection of all your on-demand webinars.

Measure your success with analytics

Lastly, you can keep track of your webinar’s performance all in one place. Wistia Live lets you keep tabs on who registered and who attended your event so you can follow up accordingly. Download a list of all your registrants to add to marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce, or Marketo for your nurturing efforts. After the event, you’ll be able to keep track of on-demand engagement using Wistia’s built-in analytics.
