Enhance Speech: Sound like a pro with Adobe Podcast (beta)

We’re all about helping you create pro-level videos without hiring a professional. And that includes giving your videos studio-quality sound.

We’re super excited to be one of the first to partner with Adobe Podcast to bring you Enhance Speech in the Wistia video editor!

With just one click, you can clean up your voice recordings by reducing background noise, cutting out echo and reverb, and making your speech clearer in just a matter of minutes. It’s a simple way to give your audio a professional touch and make your videos stand out.

This feature is available on all paid plans. If you like this update, keep your eyes peeled for more quick actions coming your way!

Major improvements to Channels for smarter, faster, and easier management

If you’re one of the many Wistia users who love using Channels to distribute your content, this update is for you! We’ve rolled out several enhancements to make your Channels experience even more seamless.

First, you can create a new Channel directly from the Channel picker modal with just a few clicks (as long as you have the right permissions). And if you’ve hit your Channel limit as an owner or manager, don’t worry. You can start an Advanced trial right in the Channel picker.

We’ve also updated the Channel setup page to give you quicker access to the things you need. You’ll now find the Share and Embed buttons in clear view for easy sharing, plus a shortcut to preview your Channel before publishing.

Finally, we’ve added quick actions to the Channels list menu and made the lock status more visible to make managing your content faster and more intuitive.

Exporting poll results from Wistia Live

We know how important data is when making informed marketing decisions, especially when you’re following up with your attendees after a webinar.

That’s why we’ve made it possible for you to export detailed poll results from your Wistia Live webinars, including individual responses and attendee emails. You’ll get deeper insights into your most engaged participants, qualify leads more effectively, and tailor your follow-up messages.

Bringing Wistia Live chats to the stage

We love seeing how interactive Wistia Live events have become, and we’re making it even easier for you to engage with your audience in real time. Now hosts can pull chat messages directly onto the main stage during any webinar, just like they can with Q&As and polls.

Whether you want to shout out a great question or highlight a comment that adds to the conversation, it’s a new way to involve and engage your audience.

Closed captions for hosts and panelists

Accessibility matters — for both your audience and your team behind the scenes. That’s why we’ve given hosts and panelists access to closed captions in the Wistia Live event room.

Captions used to be available only to viewers, but now everyone on stage can follow along and stay engaged.
